개인정보 처리방침

znasoft(이하 "운영자")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 유학생 지원 앱 Core(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

서비스는 카메라, 위치정보, 주소록에 접근하지 않습니다. 파일 첨부 시 이용자가 직접 선택한 파일만 접근합니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 이용자 본인 확인 및 로그인 유지
- 체류자격·TOPIK 갱신 등 각종 신청의 접수·검토·처리 및 결과 안내
- 비자 만료 임박, 신청 처리 상태 변경, 공지사항 등록에 대한 알림 발송
- 필수 교육 이수 관리 및 이수증 발급
- 서비스 개선 및 오류 대응
3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
- 개인정보는 수집·이용 목적 달성 시(졸업, 학적 상실, 계정 삭제 등) 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 신청·처리 기록: 3년
- 「출입국관리법」 등 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록: 해당 법령이 정한 기간
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관·출입국 관서가 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청한 경우
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
운영자는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.

- 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴)를 원하는 경우 소속 기관 담당 부서에 요청하여 처리할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
- 전자적 파일: 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제
- 종이 문서: 분쇄 또는 소각
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호 및 주요 정보의 암호화 저장·전송(HTTPS)
- 접근 권한의 최소화 및 접근 통제
- 접속 기록의 보관 및 위·변조 방지
- 보안 프로그램 설치 및 주기적 점검

10. 처리방침의 변경
이 개인정보 처리방침은 2026년 07월 07일부터 적용되며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 고지합니다.

znasoft (the "Operator") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and processes the personal information of users of the international student support app Core (the "Service") as follows.
1. Personal Information We Collect

The Service does not access your camera, location, or contacts. When attaching files, only the files you explicitly select are accessed.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Verifying your identity and maintaining your login session
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing applications (e.g., residence status, TOPIK renewal) and notifying you of results
- Sending notifications about upcoming visa expiration, application status changes, and new announcements
- Managing completion of required training courses and issuing certificates
- Improving the Service and resolving errors
3. Retention Period
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is fulfilled (e.g., graduation, loss of enrollment, account deletion).
- However, where retention is required by applicable laws, the information is kept for the legally required period:
- Application and processing records: 3 years
- Records subject to statutory retention under the Immigration Act and other laws: as prescribed by those laws
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When you have given prior consent
- When required by law, or when requested by investigative or immigration authorities in accordance with legally prescribed procedures
5. Outsourcing of Processing
The Operator outsources personal information processing tasks as follows in order to provide the Service smoothly.

6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
- You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.

- To delete your account, contact the responsible office at your institution.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
- Electronic files: permanently deleted using irreversible methods
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated
8. Security Measures
- Encryption of passwords and key data in storage and in transit (HTTPS)
- Minimization of access rights and access control
- Retention of access logs and prevention of tampering
- Installation of security software and periodic inspections
